​Casa del Sud represents a common ground for contemporary and traditional architecture. Through a complete renovation of the existing 1970’s structure, the beachside projects taps into an architectural language that is minimal and modest. This language is referenced through traditional elements such as reclaimed hardwood and micro-cement, creating value in simplicity. The two story project is divided by a generous sized balcony, with the first floor hosting the kitchen, dining, living area, and master suite. The ground level provides a space for guests to stay whilst being connected to one of the key aspects of the project - the honed concrete swimming pool.
