Foreshore Villa is a testament to transformation, turning an uninspiring, boxy structure initially mistaken for an apartment block into a breathtaking home. Owners Joe and Lizzie saw the potential in its prime location and envisioned a stunning renovation. With the teams meticulous attention to detail, we brought their dream to life.

Collaborating closely with the clients, architect, and interior designer, we reimagined every inch of the space. Extensive structural alterations and custom finishes were undertaken to create a bespoke home that exudes modern elegance and exceptional functionality. The result is a near-new build that retains its original footprint but offers a completely fresh and vibrant aesthetic.
