BOOM PROJECTS – WIN $5K OF LABOUR OR MATERIALS COMPETITION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions (the “Official Rules”) govern the submission of each entry to the Boom Projects Win $5K competition (the “Competition”), sponsored by Boom Build Pty Ltd (“Boom Projects”).
BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND COMPLY WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. THIS COMPETITION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. NO FEE OR PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE.
Boom Projects reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the Competition and these Official Rules, for any reason, at any time, and without any liability.
1. Competition Details
The competition is run by Boom Projects. The competition is open to Australian residents who are homeowners and aged 18 years or older.
2. How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must:

3. Competition Period
The competition begins on Sunday 17th November and closes on Wednesday 11 December at 11:59 PM AEST.
4. Eligibility
• This competition is only open to individuals who are Australian citizens or legal permanent Australian residents who are 18 or older at the time of entry.

• Employees of Boom Projects and Boom Build are not eligible to enter.
5. Prize
• The prize for the competition is $5,000 worth of labour or materials (one (1) optiononly to be selected by winner), provided by Boom Projects.
• The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• The prize is available to be redeemed in the first quarter of 2025 at an agreed upon date between Boom Projects and the winner. The timing is subject to Boom Projects discretion.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by the closing date. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 2 days after the competition ends.
7. Publicity
By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name and entry for promotional purposes by the Promoter, including on Instagram and other marketing platforms.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected during the competition will be used in accordance with Boom Projects' Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by participants in connection with this competition.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.Disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of NSW, Australia.
